Milonguero-style tango is what I have been devoting my life to studying and teaching for the past 25 years. My father was a milonguero. I have danced with and befriended many beloved milongueros from whom I learned and can teach you the secrets they understood when tango was in it’s golden age (1940s). I recommend watching the interviews with these great milongueros to understand the depth of this style of dancing. Milonguero-style is always close embrace, but close embrace is not always milonguero-style..!
