Juan Lencina

Juan Lencina: “We were 13 or 14. Back then, the adults didn’t teach. There was the group “barra” of kids from the block; something that the kids of today no longer have. That group taught you how to behave with your parents, your brothers, it was a school of behaviour, of manliness. They taught you  cooperation. That you should go to work to bring some money home and that you should help out in your house. And that’s what all the kids of the neighborhood did.”
