You must be 16 years or older to use MonicaPaz. Our services are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 16. By using the Services, you represent that you’re at least 16. If you’re under the age of 18, depending on where you live, you may need to have your parent or guardian’s consent to this Agreement and they may need to enter into this Agreement on your behalf.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, last name, phone number, city of residence, country, valid email address, gender and role in tango, leader or follower). This information is used to verify your identity via confirmation emails and stay in touch with you to have a feedback after watching the weekly video of the Course. This information is also used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Make sure your MonicaPaz account information is accurate and that you keep your account safe. You’re responsible for your account and any activity on it. You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.
Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. Please safeguard your MonicaPaz account and make sure others don’t have access to your Account or password. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We’re not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your Account. You must immediately notify us if you know or have any reason to suspect that your Account or password have been stolen, misappropriated or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
MonicaPaz is protected by copyright. This Agreement doesn’t grant you any right, title or interest in the Services; in the online course you purchase on MonicaPaz, other than watching it as many times as you need during the period of the course, when logged into your MonicaPaz account; our software, or the content in the Services; our trademarks, logos or other brand features or intellectual property or trade secrets. You agree not to change, translate or otherwise create derivative works of the Services or the content you watch, read or purchase on MonicaPaz, on your behalf.
When buying the course you make a one time payment. A PayPal account is required when buying the course. If you don’t have one, you can create that when you enroll That is easy to create.
Currently, we use PayPal as our payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your MonicaPaz account. You agree to pay us, through PayPal. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of PayPal, in addition to this Agreement.
The content of the course that you have bought will be available for online viewing any time you login during the period of the course. If you delete permanently your account on MonicaPaz, will cause loss of all the content you have ever paid for or purchased. MonicaPaz does not accept any liability for such loss. This information cannot be recovered once your account is permanently deleted. If you want to delete your account permanently, therefore not to be able to ever activate it again please, send us an email at contac@monicapaz.com with the subject: Permanently Deleting My Account.
MonicaPaz, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other MonicaPaz service, for any reason at any time. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Services. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account.
